Planning fees are not based on your trip budget.

Fees are determined by the scope of work involved.

Factors that influence planning fees include:

• Number of destinations

• Complexity of logistics and timing

• Level of customization required

• Type of travel (for example: cruises, multi-destination trips, milestone vacations, or group travel)

• Amount of research, comparison, and coordination needed

• Level of support required before and during travel

Once I understand the full scope of your trip, I recommend the appropriate level of planning support and confirm the planning fee before any work begins.

Planning fees are confirmed in advance and are not waived based on booking decisions.

Before planning begins, clients confirm that they understand:

• Fees reflect the time, expertise, and responsibility involved in designing and managing travel

After the discovery call - once we’ve talked through your trip and agreed that we’re a good fit to work together - you’ll receive a planning agreement, a clear planning fee recommendation, and a secure payment link.

Planning work begins only after the agreement is signed and the planning fee is paid.
